A different V-day celebration..

It was that time of the year again when florists all over the world were making big bucks from
the lovestuck couples celebrating the day of love and passiont, Valentine's Day.
Being a single lady, I used to dread going out on such occasion to avoid further emphasizing my loneliness? Perhaps more of envy towards those fortunate ladies hitched and enjoying their little precious gifts.. Now tat I have embarked on my career which is yet to be so ever-smooth sailing with the boundless opportunity for me to be calm and steady in handling situations of all sorts, I suppose that I have little energy and time to be upset over such triviality in my life. Bread and butter is still the crux of matter especially during such testing times of recession worldwide.
Ensuring that I am up and able to conquer my job stress and eventually to handle my job duties with confidence and ever-readiness is my top priority now.

As for this year of Ox, I celebrated V-day in a rather different way..with my extended family.
I first went to watch a movie blockbuster, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button... I simply love the story and its many lessons of life that come along as the story unfolds. My movie companions were little Gracie n her dear godbro, aaron.. We enjoyed the movie very much despite of its long duration.. Close to 3 hours in fact. I was very engrossed in the show as I could relate to the key characters and at times, I could ever see parallelism and some similiarity of my life events to that of the storyplot. Nothing lasts forever, how true. This is the Life aspect we must come to terms with and accept eventually. All things must come to an end.. this is purely the law of nature
